Privacy Policy
This policy explains how REDSKY handles information submitted through the community website.
Information we collect
For applications and tournament requests, we collect the information you submit: in-game name, Discord username and ID, game ID, level, title, request details and optional screenshots. Admin login uses Discord only to identify an authorized REDSKY staff account; REDSKY never asks for or stores your Discord password.
Why we use it
We use this information only for recruitment, tournament coordination, community administration, moderation, security and the feature you requested. Submitted details are not made public by the website.
Where it is stored
Application and challenge records are stored in Cloudflare D1. Submitted screenshots are stored in a private Cloudflare R2 bucket and may be delivered to the private REDSKY Discord review workflow. Authorized REDSKY staff can access records needed for review and moderation.
Retention
New application and challenge records are marked for review after 180 days, unless a different period is required for an active event, moderation matter or legal obligation. Records and related screenshots are reviewed before deletion; REDSKY does not automatically erase records without that review.
Security
Credentials, bot tokens and server secrets remain on the backend. Administrative actions require an authorized Discord session, and security controls are used to limit abusive submissions. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so please do not submit information you do not want REDSKY staff to review.
Third-party services
Cloudflare provides hosting and storage. Discord receives information required to run the REDSKY review workflow. REDSKY may also link to YouTube, Twitch, Telegram, Modern Warships, Artstorm and other external sources. Their own privacy rules apply when you use those services.
Your choices
You may contact REDSKY staff through the official community channels to request access, correction or deletion of information you submitted. Please include enough information for staff to locate the record safely; identity may be verified before a request is completed.
Not an official game service
REDSKY is a community website and is not presented as an official Modern Warships or Artstorm service.
